1. Return Policy

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
• Item Condition: The item must be completely unused, unwashed, undamaged, and packed in its original packaging with tags intact. Opened, used, or user-damaged items will not be eligible for return.
• Mandatory Unboxing Proof: Customers must make a video or take clear pictures while unboxing the parcel right when they receive it. This is mandatory to process any claims or return requests smoothly.

2. Refund Policy

• Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned parcel and inspect it, refunds are processed within 5 working days.
• Refund Methods: Refunds can be issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or store credit based on your preference.
